The homes we build are authentic custom homes. This means that the cost of your home is determined not by mere square footage or predetermined features, but by your choice of size and amenities constructed with our high standard of quality.
Our preliminary meeting will include an evaluation of the location, style, square footage and preferred features for your future home.
A budget will be calculated, taking into account property cost (if any), square footage, standard features and desired features. A New Home Proposal will be written and submitted to you.
Our secondary meeting will consist of an explanation of the proposal. In discussing your home in more detail, the proposal may need to be re-evaluated and resubmitted for your approval.
This service is free of charge.
Home Site Search
If you have not already purchased or arranged the purchase of your home site, we can incorporate your chosen site into the interim (construction) loan.
If you have not already chosen your home site, we can help you find the one that meets your needs from premier Ellis County Communities.
If property search assistance is needed, we can recommend a Licensed Realtor to help you find the perfect property.
Financing Assistance
If you do not have a trusted mortgage company with whom you been prequalified, we can refer you to our Preferred Mortgage Lender.
When you have arranged financing and have accepted the final proposal, we will contract the building of your home.
Home Plan Design
You will be able to initiate the process of customizing your new home by choosing, adapting, or creating original home plans.
Your home’s blueprints will be drawn to your specifications by our design staff.
Building Your New Home
When you have chosen your home site and approved your plans, we will arrange interim financing with our trusted lender and begin the construction of your new home.
Throughout the building process, you will have a Home Owner's Guide that will be a step-by-step handbook to explain your home’s progress and assist you in choosing your design features at each stage of your home’s construction.
We will schedule appointments for you to choose your home's colors and features. See our Office and Selection Showroom!
We offer optional design consultation packages with our experienced interior decorator.
We will update you periodically on your very own Webpage, featuring photos of your home and construction schedule information.
We will always be available to answer your questions and coordinate construction details.
We will continue to be available to you after closing with our own one-year limited warranty, and Home of Texas' ten-year limited warranty.
